 I had my GP Sporting re-mapped in October 2008 and I can tell you that if you own one and are thinking of having it re-mapped then do it. It transforms the car from its somewhat sluggish turbo lag acceleration to an amazingly fast and responsive car, the turbo lag has virtually all disappeared and the acceleration from a standing start is awesome in every gear with very fast throttle response when you need it. Power now starts feeding in at around 1400RPM then when the turbo kicks in around 1700RPM it’s an amazing surge of power. The rest of the car copes with the serious increase in power very well but the traction control just can’t keep up especially in 2nd, overall the car does very well even when cornering at some speed. This re-map is really worth the money, it's like getting a whole new car so I would defiantly recommend having it done.

Just a quick note to thank you and your team for re-mapping my motorhome engine the weekend. The resultant increase in power and torque were obvious from the minute i drove it. 70 on the motorway and still more to go if i need it, pulling away in second even on a incline is possible, forget to change down on an island no problem just put your foot down.
The lads were great happy to explain the process all the way without blinding with science.
Once again many thanks and i will be recomending the process to any motorhome owners i meet.

 Having done a few thousand miles in the Stilo now I can report that the remap is very impressive! The torque all the way through the rev range is simply superb and has given it performance you would have to see to believe. Fuel economy has improved making it even more worth while. It used to average 45mpg and now averages 53mpg even when using the power at times! When going very steady it can average up to 58mpg which is astonishing.
It will be going on the dyno soon so maybe some results to prove the 165bhp which I don't doubt for one second its producing!

it's now been 5 weeks since you remapped my car and the increase in performance still astounds me. 0-60 times have dropped by about 3 seconds and I still have around 600RPM left when I'm at Fiat's claimed top speed of 125MPH. The rolling acceleration in 3rd to 6th is excellent and makes the car much more usable and turbo-lag is (all but) gone.
There is a smooth feed-in of power from around 1350RPM, which obviously increases dramatically when the turbo kicks in at around 1600RPM-though it is easy to control the power with the standard ASR, ABS and EBD.
The suspension and tyres on the GP Sporting cope admirably with the phenomenal torque and the remap makes balanced throttle control (especially when cornering at speed) a cinch. The standard car felt clumsy and twitchy due to a lack of feel and throttle response. Now I can corner with confidence and the best thing about all of the above is....overall I use the same amount of fuel!

 Just thought I would give you my first impressions a after a week or so of driving. Well most importantly the car feels like it has had a new lease of life, it pulls from nowhere, and keeps pulling all the way to the redline, in EVERY gear. Very, very impressed with how the car has been transformed, and as a nice side effect the car is definetly more efficiant, not sure how that works but the is consistantly returning 52-55mpg, but before the remap it was always at 45-48.
I would definately recommend to anyone having their car mapped by Celtic, fantastic service and a nice new car to drive every day, you cant ask for more than that.
I am already looking into the possibility of fitting a front mount behind the bumper, then I guess I will have to change the exhaust to make the most of the extra power. I would like to think without too much work I should be able to get the car close to 200bhp, and I will be speaking to you soon for some advice on this.
