Volkswagen Polo (<09) 1.9 TDi 110 bhp
The 1.9 TDi 110bhp utilises a VNT15 Garrett Turbo charger and side mounted intercooler which provides modest performance from the early high pressure pump system. The 110bhp predates the PD injection system so doesn’t have the efficiency or power of the later models. With software update alone we can provide for some impressive performance giving in gear performance times almost identical to the PD150 engine!
We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.
