Peugeot 207 1.6 HDi 110 bhp

Peugeot 207 1.6 HDi 110 bhpMy car seems even quicker today after the remap carried out by Kevin yesterday. My wife loves the car now. It pulls in every gear with the traction light flashing in 1st 2nd and even 3rd gear. What a difference the remap has made. The power delivery is near on instant and really does drive like a petrol car. If you’re thinking of having your car remapped all I can say is do it you won’t regret it, and Celtic provided a very professional service, from the enquiry I made to the day the remap was carried out thanks again...........

Peugeot 307 HDi

Peugeot 307 HDiIt is a given that anyone choosing to have their motor re-mapped is a bit of a petrol-head, but I have been confined to a stodgy family bus for far too long. When I was finally able to move towards a car of my own choice the brief was smaller and more economical. I went for the Peugeot 307 Hdi 110. Not a rubber-burner off the line, but I was impressed with its turbo-whoosh overtaking capability. However there is always room for improvement and the figures given for Graham's re-map looked very interesting. A 36% power increase should be tempting enough, but a matching 36% increase in torque, peaking at just about 3000rpm was the clincher.

Celting Tuning came out to my building site, and just while I was in a meeting the job was done. The transformation they worked was staggering. Green-light acceleration is so impressive, but even more useful is the simply astonishing overtaking ability. 50 to 90 (only where legal) is covered in the blink of an eye in fifth gear alone.

I have to take my hat off to you guys. The service has been excellent; convenient, completely painless and such value for horsepower. If anyone is considering their service, jump to it and enjoy the results.

Peugeot 206 HDi

Peugeot 206 HDiMorning Guys, Just an email to tell you what you already know - your service kicks ass. (As does my car now!)

Thanks a lot, I've spent 20 quid on diesel on Sunday giving the car a scientific "run in". I've been getting 56mpg too! (On the economy test, up from 44-46)

As for performance, it's unreal the difference it's made. It goes like an XSi should now.

The brakes are coming on; I think I might have baked them slightly but they feel better now. Also, no brake dust! Getting the car RR'd once the brakes are run in properly, will keep you informed.

Both of you are legends; I can't rave about the transformation enough.

Thanks!! Martijn.

Peugeot 206 HDi

Peugeot 206 HDiI had my Peugeot 206 HDI tuned by celtic tuning some six weeks ago and if i'm honest i was not sure what to expect as with so much else on the web i thought it might be a bit of a rip-off. However, in reality i'm absolutely delighted with how the car now drives and handles. Its almost as if i'd gone out and bought a new car so different does it feel.

I could not have imagined the difference in the power output through the gears and i'm still amazed at just how much it wants to keep pulling once up into fifth. As a car it feels so much more solid and i don't have to keep changing up and down the gears. When cornering it handles really well and feels much more planted on the road. An added bonus is the increased fuel efficiency, which i wasn't really expecting at around 7 to 10 miles per gallon.

My 206hdi has gone from being a bog standard fairly boring car to being a real little 'pocket rocket' and something i now find fun to be in thanks to Celtic tuning.

If you want to get your 206hdi tuned then i would recommend celtic tuning for their reasonable pricing, the cheapest i found and the friendly relaxed service.

Peugeot 306 HDi

Peugeot 306 HDiHi Guy's i'd like to thank you for a great job you've done on remaping my car. I can't believe the difference it's made, i thought it was quick before but now it's just so much more enjoyable, the over takening performance keeps putting a smile on my face, and the fuel consumption hasn't dropped, if anything its got better. Even driving around town the car is alot smoother to drive.

The wife has even said it was money well spent and the performance puts a smile on her face too. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone who is thinking of bringing a fresh lease of life to their car.

Many many thanks.

Peugeot 306 HDi

Peugeot 306 HDifirst of all id like to thank you for your exelent service that you offered me and my pug 306. you were very professional and i was extremly please with the service offered.

on to the car

my pug 306 hdi meridiean has now been running on your ecu remap software for nearly 3 days and i must say that i am very pleased with the results.

The car is now much smoother to drive and is far more responsive than standard and the extra bhp and torque makes the car perform with the power that i always knew the hdi engine could and should deliver.

You realy would think that there was an entirely different engine under the bonnet. having said that the car starts and cruises around like it allways did except its now smoother to drive at low speeds, its only when you put your foot down that you realy notice the magic of your work.

There's no 2 ways about it, the car realy moves now! pure and simple. As for fuel economy its a bit early to say but the car fully meets its expectations in performace so i have no doubt that once i stop enjoying the extra power that it will deliver on your expectaions of 4 - 5 mpg extra as well.

To anyone reading this i would highly recemend this ecu remap to anyone looking for a significant increase in performance without ruinning your car with silly boy racer bulls**t bits. This truly is the adult way of increasing performace and economy, safely and promptly.

thanks again guys

Peugeot 306 HDi

Peugeot 306 HDiYou re-mapped my W Reg Peugeot 306 HDI about 3 months ago and I wanted to give you some feed back. The extra power and torque at low revs makes the car so much more driveable.

Pre-mapping, it was always an awkward car to drive in a 30mph limit. Third gear was too low but the engine couldn't manage 4th without juddering. It can now manage 30mph in 4th pretty smoothly.

The acceleration is transformed. Joining motor way traffic is now 'fuss free' and there is plenty acceleration in 5th which is very high geared.

I've always belonged to the 'no such thing as a free lunch' fraternity and expected some increase in fuel consumption was inevitable. We've recently driven all the way to Spain and back, mostly on autoroutes and managed better than 56 mpg overall and 800 miles on one tank of diesel.I do drive with a fairly light toe but I'm seriously impressed.

Thanks Celtic- great job.

Peugeot 306 HDi

In May of this year Mark came and kindly re-mapped my Peugeot 306 Hdi estate, changing the output from 90bhp to 130bhp and the torque from 150ft/lb to 200ft/lb. Of course this is hardly rally standard but feels just right for a well-balanced little car and allows driving with verve, confidence and great enjoyment. There have been absolutely no other changes to the standard car.

What is interesting, however, is that despite driving with far greater brio than before, in every kind of road condition, my fuel usage over the past two months has improved from a previous 47mpg to a present 65.5mpg.

This is equivalent, at the very least, to lowering the present price of diesel from 1.32p per litre to 1 per litre.

I have hesitated to write because your published testimonials tend to read like children's -- "my toy went faster than ever -- yahoo!" -- but, in these days of fuel becoming such a precious resource, your improvement in its efficient usage is udoubtedly a serious matter of national significance and should be headlined in the media as such.

I am aware of the excuses manufacturers make for providing vehicles with relatively inefficient engines but the price of fuel now demolishes any such arguments and we should be, and I am sure will be, demanding engines re-mapped at least to your standard direct from manufacturers.

This could affect your own business well or badly, depending on how you adapt to this changing scenario, but I imagine that there is a huge opportunity for you here.

Undoubtedly you are aware of this but maybe you feel things should grow naturally as you're probably overloaded with work already. And maybe training folk to carry out the work is more difficult than I realise

But stop stressing the extra oomph and make the frugality prime, and headline that aspect nationally -- and you may as well print your own money.

Wishing you well -- and many thanks --

Howard

Peugeot 406 2.2 HDi

Peugeot 406 2.2 HDiI'd been toying with the idea of having my 406 HDi 2.2 chip tuned for a while. Not in any way a slow or underpowered car, I always had an idea that more was available. The prospect of using those silly 'turn-the-screw' boxes was one I dismissed right away. Various tuning specialists never gave me the comfort in their methods. So I dropped the idea and resigned it to the fantasy file.

Research, however, continued. I stumbled opon Celtic Tuning's website. Celtic Tuning offers a service badged as custom re-mapping - the latest incarnation of ECU tuning available.

Afer a lengthy discussion with Graham of Celtic Tuning who is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and entertaining at exactly the same time, I placed the order, with only a self induced hint of trepidation. As you'll see, even that minor caution was unfounded.

Graham arrived on Saturday and duly went about his task with truly professional aclarity. Starting with a test drive of the car in standard factory tune he then proceeded to work his sorcery - an elegant but curiously mundane process that doesn't even involve lifting the bonnet of the car! If you're looking for oily rags then go elsewhere!

A couple of hours later, and I'm invited to take up station in the drivers' seat of my own car. It starts the same; it idles the same; and it sounds exactly like it always did - these are all GOOD THINGS! Read on.....

After 20 or so minutes sensible driving along a free road to allow things to reach operating temperature it's time to 'explore the opportunities'. Down goes the old boot - at 35mph in third (well under 2000rpm).

I'll omit the expletives at this point (those interested can email me for an exhaustive list).

Suddenly 60mph is a merely subliminal experience as we charge through the range. Fourth; same urgency with 100mph approaching too quickly. Clearly, I'm admitting to nothing and I advise you to abide by the speed limits. Even if you do just that, the sheer immediacy of response to the go pedal is stunning - Celtic Tuning has successfully transformed my capable and lively car into something that is truly sensational. ' Fast' just doesn't describe it, obscene is a better adjective. All this with a temperment as docile as a car in bog ordinary factory tune. Motorway overtaking is accomplished just by gently squeezing you right toes onto the pedal, no need to drop a gear. Of course, you can drop to 4th if you must. But you won't, there's no need. The midrange grunt is of a magnitude that worries MGF and Boxster drivers.

As for fuel economy, I've covered about 500 miles since the upgrade and have actually measured and verified improved economy, despite playing with the car on Devon 's by-ways and undertakig a motorway trip at license losing speeds. This is down to CT's ability to maximise the efficiency of an engine, something they've more than proven to me. I'm genuinely impressed.

If you want my opinion, (you're gonna get it anyway) I suggest that you engage Celtic Tuning without hesitation and place your order. You're wasting your car's true potential with out it.

Peugeot 807 2.2 HDi

The simplest of processes with significant results, this is the best way to describe the work carried out by Celtic Tuning. The gain in power means that the acceleration is so strong throughout the entire rev range that overtaking at any speed is safely executed with the minimum of fuss.

I have now driven over 1000 miles and the 10% reduction in fuel consumption is a very welcome addition to the power increase, even with my heavy right foot. Highly recommended for true smiles per miles and for embarrassing many a 'hot hatch'.

A very happy customer, well done!!
