A long term development of the ST engine has ended up with 197bhp and 325lbft torque. The 2.2 PSA engine is a strong performer with overboost facility and a 59lbft torque increase. The software will provide a minimum 197bhp where on some dynos it has been recorded at 205bhp and 343lbft. The power is solid all through the rev range with huge torque increases throughout and feedback is suggesting a 3-4mpg improvement. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. For more information please refer to our section on EGR Removal.Where applicable we are able to raise/lower or completely remove the maximum speed limiter from a vehicle.Immobiliser Delete

My Titanium X has the same engine as the ST and as standard pulls well, now it has been Stage 1 Remapped it's power feels effortless.It pulls hard in 3rd and 4th but is noticeable in all gears as gear change is much quicker.I've had this map done as I pull a heavy food trailer, it has made it much easier now thanks to Celtic Tuning. Very pleased indeed!!

I would just like to say thanks to all the guys at Celtic Tuning for all the work carried out on my car.

I have now given it a good run and am happy to report my car absolutely flies! also on another side my usual journey which used to cost me 30 in fuel now only costs me 23.

I would recommend Celtic Tuning to anyone who can argue with increased acceleration and increased fuel economy.

After having the ECU remap on my Ford Mondeo ST-TDCI i am very impressed with the performance of the car, it has totally transformed the car!

The torque and power is amazing it pulls like a train and 3rd gear is very aggressive, faster than a BMW 330d had the chance to compare! 3mpg more too.
