Back to ModelsThe VW Golf 1.4 TSI GTE is a PHEV hybrid operating both a turbo charged combustion engine and an electric motor. The engine is a 1395cc 4 cylinder petrol turbo unit which delivers 150bhp/184lbft while the electric motor delivers an additional 75KW of power. Our performance tuning does not affect the electric motor or battery pack in anyway, we are only tuning the petrol engine, and as such the range and operation of the electric motor remains the same as stock.
