Volkswagen Caravelle 1.9 TDI PD 102 bhp

The Transporter T5 102bhp variant is a factory tuned version of the 84bhp, the additional power has been achieved through limiters removed and therefore boost pressures haven?t been increased, this allows a great gain to be achieved. The TDi engine fitted to the T5 is almost identical to that fitted to the MKV Golf but with a different turbo fitted, therefore power gains can be huge with the addition of an uprated turbo. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.
