The 1.9 JTD 130bhp uses common rail 2 technology and using multiple injections per stroke it has pushed refinement and power levels to a new high. With our software upgrade we can achieve 186bhp and 284lbft torque which gives for superb performance. The 130bhp is in essence a 150bhp with an 8v head but detuned in the software. The majority of the power comes from the removal of limiters and the end result is achieved using only a 0.1 bar increase in boost pressure, despite being a huge power improvement it is a very safe and reliable upgrade. We have developed this engine extensively and can provide more or less power than quoted. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our economy software is designed to improve fuel efficiency during normal daily driving, specifically under part-throttle conditions.
It delivers a smoother power curve and improved fuel economy, though actual savings and performance gains will depend on factors such as driving style, road conditions, and vehicle load.
