The 147bhp Mini 2.0D engine has the B47D20U0 engine code which has smaller injectors and turbo to the more powerful 187bhp variant so its not capable of the same power gains.

Stage Notes

In order to achieve these power gains, you must have the B47D20O0 engine which is a 100% identical to the B47C20O0 (190PS) engine. A lot of the 147bhp (150PS) models are fitted with the B47D20U0 engine which has smaller turbo and injectors. If you have the B47D20U0 engine the gains are maximum +35bhp and +45lbft as the injectors just won’t supply any more fuel for more power.
