The very latest generation of VAG engine is the new Common Rail turbo diesel. With massively improved refinement and with multiple injection technology it is possible to achieve impressive power levels without detriment to emissions or reliability. The 108bhp is simply a detuned 138bhp with 100% identical components, the difference in peak figures is due to the 108bhp having a 5 speed box and the 138bhp having 6 speeds. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our economy software is designed to improve fuel efficiency during normal daily driving, specifically under part-throttle conditions.
It delivers a smoother power curve and improved fuel economy, though actual savings and performance gains will depend on factors such as driving style, road conditions, and vehicle load.
